Interim Salary Slotting Actions
In January 2006, the Regents began a process of moving senior leadership compensation into a clearly defined, rule-driven framework designed to improve oversight, accountability and decision-making. This process does not confer salary increases, but rather establishes a Regents-approved compensation plan for senior managers that is clear and transparent to the public.
